At Magneti Moments, we value your business and are committed to protecting your privacy.

What photo quality do you recommend?

High-resolution images (300 DPI) work best, clear, well-lit photos with balanced composition help produce vibrant prints.

Can I modify my order?

You can request changes within 24 hours of placing your order before product is made. After that modifications are not possible.

How to request a refund or return?

All sales are final since each order is personalized. If your magnets arrived damaged, please notify us within 30 days.

How are my photos used?

All photos uploaded to create custom magnets are used solely for the purpose of producing your order. We do not share, sell or use your images for marketing or any other purpose without your consent.

Are my photos secured?

Uploaded photos are stored securely and temporarily. Once your order is completed, images are deleted from our system within 30 days.

Why are my photos stored for up to 30 days?

Just in case your order is lost or damaged we can reprint and resend your shipment. 

Can my photos be deleted as soon as my order is shipped?

You have the right to request deletion of your data and photos at any time. Just email us at magnetimoments@gmail.com with your request.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Typical processing is 1 to 2 days plus shipping

Can I send the magnets to a gift recipient?

Absolutely, enter the recipients shipping address at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the United States.
